Anna’s remit was to deliver assured ES documents (6 drafts) for review by HS2, DfT and key parliamentary stakeholders.

Lead Environment Coordinator reviewing technical outputs on the HS2 Phase 2b (L1b) Joint Venture project. Managed multi-disciplinary teams to deliver sifts and parallel studies at the optioneering and outline design stages. Achieved design freeze to time and cost targets.
Anna played a crucial role as EIA lead, for the awarded HS2 Phase 2b tender; and submitted a full exemplar scheme design, scheme design report and planning submission for the HS2 Phase One MWCC (N2) package, with project value of c. £20 billion. Her remit included bid writing, copy editing, environmental assessment and coordination.
As EIA Lead, Anna reviewed Stage 2 environment deliverables on the award-winning Keadby Terminal Assisted Outfall Sustainable Appraisal; and provided consultation on the Environment Appraisal for the Feeder No.9 Estuary Pipeline Project for National Grid, re-writing the WFD and HRA assessment, gaining MMO approval for Phase 2.
Anna was sole point of contact (ECoW) for delivering eight Cut-off Channel Bridges; and successfully led a team to deliver 50+ Initial Assessments for EA flood alleviation schemes.

Anna acted as Principal Environment Advisor for the Thames Estuary (TEAM2100) Asset Management project, providing strategic input (KPI8 wetland habitat initiatives) and driving eco-innovation at every level of the asset lifecycle, over 175km of the River Thames
Anna was responsible for signing off low to high risk environmental assessments, SWMPs, EMPs, for asset management schemes, including complex schemes at the Thames Barrier

Responsible for the Consents and Environment aspects of the Traction Power Supply (TPS) project for Crossrail, valued at £14.8 billion, leading to the development of eight new ATS
Delivered all IS014001 EMS requirements with the provision of comprehensive management and support throughout the project lifecycle (from iterative design and construction, through to supply chain requirements, commissioning and testing)
Acquired the consents of all internal and third parties within an agreed C&E framework
Monitored and recorded evidence of all operations in accordance with conditions established by regulatory bodies and the Crossrail Act 2008
Managed and motivated multi-disciplinary teams to improve environmental performance (KPIs) by streamlining planning applications and consents, providing training and establishing fully integrated working methods and identified solutions to a range of design, consents and environment challenges. Finally she achieved excellence on the Crossrail audit for Community, Environment and Consents

Anna delivered ten advanced petitions for the HS2 Phase 2a ES, with project value of c. £27 billion. She controlled a budget and IUTO of £10,000 per petition
Anna contributed EIA, LVIA, Sifts to the main ES, Additional Provisions and Supplementary Environmental Statement for the HS2 Phase One Hybrid Bill (Country North), with project value of c. £55 billion. She managed a multi-disciplinary environmental team of over 17, delivering 265 design element statements, across Portugal and the UK
Anna managed and delivered ESAPs and SEAs for the Folkestone to Cliff End project and Construction Limitations Plans for the Hampstead Heath Ponds Project
She delivered highways projects including a five-year POPE for the A27 and HEMP for the M1
