Welsh Water: Project Manager with Capital Delivery to deliver wastewater programmes under ECC and PSC contracts. Controlled full project lifecycle and project governance. Associated with alliance partners, asset managers, and project teams and led negotiations with local authorities and customers. Provided an advisory role to SMART ATC to verify, create and implement a new governance framework, processes and project and programme strategies.

Owned the integrated programme and directed and maintained the Master Control Schedule for the Greater West Programme, Wales. Provided remaining scope deliverables for regional reporting and re-planning purposes.
