I am a chartered engineer and Project Manager with over 20 years’ experience working for both consultancies and client organisations, in the assessment, design and management of water, flood and drainage infrastructure, as well as projects relating to hydropower and energy infrastructure.

I have been involved in all aspects of the appraisal, design and delivery processes and, in my capacity as Project Manager, have experience of strategic planning, financial assessment, project delivery to quality, programme and cost as well as the supervision of project teams.  

I have worked extensively with the Environment Agency, including in a project management capacity, developing and promoting hydropower for the Regional Strategic Unit in Thames Region and recent flood management assignments within Thames/ Southeast Region.
