Qualifications:

Business Manager: 10+ years’ experience in supporting the management of businesses;

Description:

the role will involve a range of activities and duties which the candidate should e able to perform independently. These will include:

  • managing the purchase of items when required;
  • Chasing and collating timesheets from staff and subbies;
  • Raising invoices and chasing payments;
  • Paying staff, HMRC and suppliers;
  • Keeping a record of key deadlines and actions;
  • Pro-actively engage with the Executive Director re the above;
  • Organise and take minutes at Board Meetings.

The role will be based at our Head Office in Reigate, Surrey, and will include some flexibility in terms of working hours and working remotely.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Previous experience in similar roles;
  • Very good knowledge of Office package;
  • Good organisational skills;
  • Financially literate;
  • Communication skills;
  • Pro-activeness and flexibility.

The role will be on a part time basis with month end typically the busiest periods.
